The Math Learning Center (MLC) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Automation Manager. This new role will help MLC better communicate with a number of different audiences ? from districts interested in adopting Bridges in Mathematics to classroom teachers engaged with MLC?s professional learning. Although this position can be remote, we would love to have you join us in our newly renovated Portland, Oregon location.
MLC utilizes Salesforce CRM and is implementing HubSpot as our marketing platform. Connecting those platforms with our website, free math apps, and Bridges Educator Site will provide a great deal of data that we can utilize to better target our communications to relevant audiences. You will push up your sleeves and use your HubSpot experience, curiosity, storytelling, creativity, and energy to get our content out into the world where it belongs. That said, The Math Learning Center is different than most organizations in terms of our marcoms goals. Rather than optimizing for revenue, our goal is to help educators make informed decisions before purchase and to support their success after they implement MLC curriculum and resources.
A love of math is a big plus (even if you discovered that love later in life). Since our audience is math educators, understanding what topics will resonate with our community is critical. For that, you will have access to a number of internal MLC folks who spent their careers in the classroom, many of whom utilized Bridges in Mathematics. In addition, our marketing team includes graphic design, video and audio production, and editing expertise that you can draw upon.
