As a Contracts Specialist, you will work within our high-performing Legal team to support sales of our paradigm-changing robots. Our significant growth is driving increased customer contracting activities, and your primary role will be leading and orchestrating contractual commitments supporting our sales. You will be responsible for contract development, negotiation, execution, filing/administration, and issue resolution.

Day to day activities:
Negotiate sales agreements with customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
Finalize sales agreements, secure signatures, and file contract documents.
Address contract questions and issues that arise from the Sales team and contract counterparties, including contract amendments, terminations, and breach claims.
Monitor contract expirations, renewals and other milestones.
Develop and update sales agreement templates to meet business needs.
Collaborate with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle to help ensure that (1) the most appropriate agreement is considered for each transaction and (2) relevant legal terms are considered early in the sales cycle.
Work seamlessly with the Sales team to receive customer handoff for contracting matters, including RFPs.
Work within the Legal team and with the Sales team to streamline contracting processes.
Conduct legal research to support contract development, negotiation and issue resolution.
Use contract lifecycle management system to support contracting activities and reporting.
Support non-Sales team contracting needs as required.
3+ years of relevant legal or paralegal contracting experience.
Prior experience supporting sales contracting.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management systems (preferably Conga).
Degree or certification in law, contracts or business.
Familiarity and comfort with complex contract language and legal terminology, and comprehensive knowledge of contracting laws.
Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Detailed oriented and able to effectively perform on several contracting matters and projects simultaneously.
Display good judgment in balancing business and commercial needs and potential risks/exposures.
