We are looking for someone to grow into the Practice Lead position. At Centric we start you off as a Senior Manager and allow you to collaborate with our local team and national leadership to proactively grow a thriving consulting business. To support this growth, we are looking for another Practice Lead to help further ensure our continued success.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the overall development, growth, and quality execution of our practice through a combination of:
    • Business Development - Lead the strategy and execution of driving revenue for this practice area by identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process through contract execution. This includes functioning in a collaborative team approach during pursuits while understanding how to deliver end-to-end programs that successfully deliver strategic value.
    • Engagement Management and Delivery - Drive excellence in consulting delivery, staff key local projects, exceed client expectations, manage project economics and risks, and collaborate with clients on defining solutions.
    • Practice Management - Actively participate in and support National Practice initiatives, methodology, tools, best practices, knowledge sharing and events; build local delivery team through recruiting, mentoring, and developing local talent and operating group resources; maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Work directly with our senior leadership team and partner closely with other Centric practice leads on strategy and roadmap development, assessments, operational improvements, and execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and content marketing to drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions for the Miami market.
  • Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Passion for building a thriving business with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and entrepreneurship that helps us break into new accounts and grow them with our team.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a network of strong relationships with decision makers.

  • Ability to set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.

  • Experience with a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is desirable.

  • Identifying key resource needs and staffing, managing, and developing team members

  • Experience with developing financial plans, managing financial goals, and responsibility for organizational or departmental P&L.

  • Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions.

  • Ability to establish credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence

  • Proven ability to write, negotiate and execute contracts and agreements.

  • At least 10 years of providing consulting/technology services and/or project/program management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
