Accountable/responsible for ensuring parts requests are fulfilled at a high standard of quality to customers by quoted delivery date, ensuring consistent application and administration of the company’s parts and warranty programs.
Education: College diploma / Post-secondary Education in Commerce, General Business, or other related discipline
Work Experience: 3-5 years' related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
Knowledge: Experience working with budgets, analyzing budgets, and developing targets
Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
