Project Manager, Development Scrum Master

The Project Manager will be accountable for managing the delivery of all assigned projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality within guidelines.

What Your Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • End-to-end program/project delivery with a laser focus on delivering business value on-time with high quality.
  • Coordinate and manage the scope, timing, and budget of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage program/project demand, prioritization, roadmap, and change.
  • Govern program/projects through close collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure objectives are well understood, resourced appropriately, and executed successfully across multiple teams and functions.
  • Establish and maintain balance among project team, sponsors, stakeholders.
  • Act as key contact for customers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage changes in project/program scope, identify risks, issues, and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings and retrospectives. Mitigate project risks through risk identification and proactive planning.
  • Document risks and issues as they arise and mitigate blockers.
  • Measure and track metrics for project compliance and respond accordingly.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - intermediate level
  • Expertise in PPM tool
  • Experience with Lean/Agile project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business and technical environments.
  • Experience facilitating cross-function teams and driving consensus among colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills; strong ability to interact with different levels of the organization
  • Ability to motivate colleagues to peak performance and establish credibility with key decision makers
  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification

  • Workfront / Microsoft Project PPM
