Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
Check the quantity and quality of received products.
Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation.
Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods.
Set oven temperatures, and place items into hot ovens for baking.
Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.
Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets, and bake in production ovens or on grills.
Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.
Pay:
$50,000 to $75,004.80 annual salary commensurate with experience.
Annual department bonus based on the performance of the department.
Relocation bonus of $2,500 if moving to job location within the state of Florida and distance is 35 miles or more.
Relocation bonus of $5,000 if moving to job location from outside the state of Florida.
