Your Role:

The Customer Supply Chain Manager plans, controls and directs activities associated with all data from retailer's system related to retailer key metrics goal. Responsible for relationship development, and complete understanding of retailer's systems and inventory priorities, and for all communication internally to ensure efficient inventory management. The individual leads the process of creating and maintaining a retailer scorecard process so that we are continually aware of our performance, opportunities and challenges.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute RCP's strategy in the retail account.
  • Identify and drive execution of Retailer supply chain programs to create "Win/Win" opportunities and cost saving initiatives for RCP.
  • Manage and deliver retailer's forecast across all business units.
  • Leverage data to understand the root cause of retail fines and work to implement process improvements.
  • Supervise and review data retrieved from the retailer's system, provide analysis to formulate forecasts.
  • Communicate strategy for inventory management between the retailer and RCP.
  • Insure customer's needs are promptly handled and communicated, and take action to resolve customer problems.
  • Serve as a liaison between customer service and the customer on all key issues.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience within the retail account
  • 5 years' experience working with retailer data and systems
  • Advanced computer competency
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
