Description:

  • Customer Support Rep will be the first point of contact for clients in need of technical support on all exam platforms.
  • Candidate will be responding to clients via chat, and email; addressing questions/concerns and technical issues regarding online testing taking/exams.
  • Onsite Customer Support Rep will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and well-ordered notes.
  • Support Rep will also be responsible for proctoring exam takers to ensure that they aren’t using any materials not allowed & proactively communicating on-going client issues and resolve complex hardware and software related support problems
