\HSBC - Lead Business Analyst - Project Management Tools

Qualifications :

- 8+ year minimum Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications.

- Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure project plans meet business needs and time to market and Gathering requirements.

- Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies.

- Proven experience on performing differing analysis such as root cause analysis, gap analysis, data analysis and impact assessment.

- Domain expertise in :

- Asset Servicing.

- Corporate Actions.

- Announcements Capture.

- SWIFT Messaging.

- Custody Business.

- Global Custody / Direct Custody.

- Knowledge of all instrument types and their respective lifecycle events.

- Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing.

- Ability to draft Process Flows.

What additional skills will be good to have?

- Good analytical and problem analysis skills.

- Good to have share point understanding.

- Ability to draft Activity Diagrams.

- Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner organizations.

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).

- Is aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and acts in a manner that takes account of and anticipates operational risk considerations.

- Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Visio Clear communication and ability to translate complexity into plain language.

- Problem solving and critical thinking.

- Experience of working in environments with digital and data technologies is highly desirable (but not essential).
