We're hiring! 12 month FTC (with strong possibility for extension).

What does a great Finance Administrator do?

The role is within the Financial Operations department within the Travel Agents Incentives (TAI) Accounting Team and the purpose is to manage the upgrade of Travel Agents within the Finance Assistance Calculator ('FA Calc') system who use a Travelport GDS to the Travelport+ platform.

The jobholder should have strong attention to detail and be computer literate. The job holder will report to the Finance Manager Project Lead - based in Swindon.

Will be responsible for the upgrade of customers within FA Calc to ensure that the TAI Accounting team can continue to calculate and account for payments due to the Travel Agent.
Will support our outsourced partner (TCS) with query resolution relating to upgrades
Review the upgrades carried out by TCS to ensure accuracy
Provide updates to the project team on the upgrade status of customers

The ability to work to targets, achieving objectives and meeting deadlines
Ability to review and extract key details from contracts essential
MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills at intermediate level or better
Attention to detail, accurate when working under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with other departments and staff in other countries
Ability to multi task, solve problems and take responsibility for resolution
