An excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join an expanding Property Consultancy who deliver projects and complex survey programmes.

Our client requires a Project Manager to deliver project work inception to completion in the local authority, health care and commercial sectors.

Our client would consider all levels of experience, however, we are seeking motivation individuals to join the motivated team.

Project Manager job requirements include but not limited to:

Deliver projects inception to completion
Investigating building defects
Survey and scope of works
Project reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Preparing and managing project risk registers, managing risks and disruptions to the projects
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including managing contracts
Manage project budgets/costs
