Digital Marketing Manager

Become a Digital Marketing Manager with Fera Science and make your contribution to the UK's biosecurity and food safety!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will have oversight of Fera's digital marketing strategy- developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising campaigns that contribute to achieving our business objectives.

Whilst putting the customer at the heart of marketing activity you will lead and develop a close knit team throughout campaign delivery.

This role will be remote based, however, there will be an expectation to collaborate on site near York, UK, at least once per month.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
Manage and lead the implementation of Fera's digital marketing strategies and campaigns including planning, execution and post-campaign analysis
Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels
Providing accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
Plan and control the company's social media channels and company website
Develop strong internal relationships with product management and technical colleagues to drive customer experience and marketing automation improvements
Develop and scrutinise all the campaign budgets

What we're looking for:
Possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experienced in understanding key insight, designing plans, delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns and measuring their performance
A broad understanding of the full marketing mix and the relevance to different sales channels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional qualification in marketing or equivalent experience
You will work well with a high level of autonomy and be able to manage multiple projects at pace
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
