Are you an administrator looking for a new challenge? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious administrator to come and join a global Logistics company on their site in Blackburn.

The main purpose of this role is to coordinate deliveries across all the UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing delivery bookings
Inputting delivery bookings into the system
Confirming bookings of deliveries
Liaising with suppliers
Producing product codes and purchase orders
Maintaining internal process documentationKey Requirements:

Previous admin experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent understanding of MS office productsOn Offer:

A salary of £19,000
5 hours a week
33 days holiday
