Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Head of content to lead our talented editorial and brand content team within marketing. You'll be responsible for a team of journalists, content managers, and video producers.

We're looking for someone who can achieve our content objectives of maximising organic traffic to cazoo.co.uk, industry-beating levels of engagement, and ultimately building trust and confidence in Cazoo, our products, and services.
What you'll be doing: Evolving the content strategy for the UK market to maximise user engagement and business value
Developing a UK video strategy for automotive content
Driving forward the social media strategy in the UK
Ensuring all content has a clear purpose aligned to the overarching content strategy, brand strategy, and business objectives
Ensuring all content follows our style guide, tone of voice, and brand guidelines
Reviewing, editing, and improving content written by others
Creating an environment where the team feel they can do their best work
Develop capability within the team by identifying training requirements
Working closely with other leads including Head of Content Design, Head of Organic Performance, Head of Product for Merchandising and Head of CRM.
What we are looking for: Evidence of delivering strong content outcomes in previous roles
Proven experience in managing a winning team of content professionals
Excellent communication skills
