Customer Experience Placement 2022/23

What will you do as a Customer Experience Intern?

Listening to our customers' voices and using these to cater to their needs is at the heart of everything we design, implement, and innovate.

From creating new customer journeys to improving existing ones, this incredibly rewarding placement opportunity will allow you to gain exposure to the world of customer experience, while seeking ways to keep things simple for both our customers and our people.

During your time here, you'll play a key role in the customer experience team and will work on initiatives directly related to Travelport's Key Strategic Imperatives.

When?

Your internship will run from mid-July 2022 until the end of July 2023.

Where?

We operate an agile working policy, so our teams spend 3 days per week in our Langley office, whilst the remaining two days are spent working from home.

What?
Identify opportunities for improvement by performing data analysis and problem-solving tasks.
Perform customer and internal research across various methods, including preparing surveys and conducting interviews.
Aggregate insights from various and multiple sources to bring to life the customer perspective/opportunity.
Regularly work on projects with multiple teams, e.g., marketing, sales enablement, and propositions.
Provide project support for the customer experience team, including managing change initiatives , activities, and meetings.
