Role: Administrator

Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester

Salary: £22,000-£24,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week Between 8am - 9pm

I am looking for an experienced Administrator for a Financial Services client based in Exchange Quay, where you will play a key role in providing award-winning service to their customers.

The purpose of the Administrator is to provide exceptional support across customer requests, handling financial transactions, producing letters and emails, working efficiently with the internal systems, and maintaining accurate records on databases and resolving customer queries via phone and email.

Administrator experience:

Commitment to deliver excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment
Experience of financial services, or a keen interest in it, is desirableAs an Administrator you will receive:
