The Business Support Analyst sits within the CTO - Customer team offering support to the business in delivering technical changes and on-going user administration and support. This role will be linking in CI Team to support their drive for process improvement, taking on change whilst working with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers.

The role of Business Support Analyst is really important to our client. You will be a part of a team that is vital to the business lines to mitigate issues and errors that result in downtime to customer systems, minimising any significant financial and reputational damage to the client.

Times are changing and so is the way we work. This role can be worked remotely but you must have access to the Reading office as there will be occasions when being onsite is needed.

What would your day look like?

Planning and support delivery of releases into live for BAU/continuous delivery. Organising content of releases, testing and release to live including out of hours.
Management of small changes to the system, including
Testing and launch of new products/pricing
Document edits
Other small changes/improvements
Fault/issue triage with business to determine if faults are user generated or require support from Application Support/Supplier.
Act as a subject matter expert for operational and technical queries in relation to the core platforms used by the business Proactively identifies and drives through improvements to the use of the system.
Manage workload of small change, user administration and prioritisation of fixes on behalf of system users, alongside project support.
Maintain and develop relationships with key Suppliers and internal stakeholders within the business line and CTO.
