Residential Smart Home Sales Manager

The company is a leading integrator operating in the high end residential market. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and knowledgeable candidate to work directly for the company as the leading residential sales manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the business development, sales, systems quoting and specification for the high-end residential section of the business.
The candidate must have a proven track record of working in a sales role in the residential smart home sector, be client facing, be able to meet and present to the end client, builders, developers, architects, interior designers and Mechanical and electrical contractors. Have the ability to create a project quotation and specification from project plans and specifications. The ability to communicate technical systems in a clear way that a non-technical homeowner can understand is essential. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with the end client, liaising with the company design team to create the detailed design and handing over to the delivery team to deliver, whilst monitoring the project alongside the project managers to make sure the project is delivered to specification and budget.
They will report directly to the company directors.
The role will require proven experience specifying and selling electrical and smart home systems such as Lighting Control, HVAC, Security, Audio Visual, IT/ Networks and Home Cinema.
The right candidate must have a track record of working on high end residential projects and delivering the above systems. You will also be comfortable being client facing. You must be a good networker and have a good level of technical knowledge.

The candidate must be London based and have a driving licence. Work will mostly be in London and the surrounding counties although projects may be further afield from time to time.

• Lighting Control - Lutron Homeworks and RA2, KNX
• Shades and window treatments - Lutron/ Crestron/ Silent Gliss
• Home Cinema
• Control Systems - Crestron, Savant and Control4
• Networking - Draytek, Ruckus, Ubiquiti
• KNX / HVAC / BMS experience would be a bonus
