BSU Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy and supportive Stafford based team. Providing administrative support to our sales team you will be responsible for the processing of sales orders through internal and external procurement teams, arranging installation of IT equipment on client sites, raising invoices for equipment/installation and acting as point of contact for our installation engineers.

The role is based at home with the requirement to attend the Stafford office around once a month, you will be working as a part of an experienced and knowledgeable team who will be there to provide training and support as and when you need it.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the Entrust Sales team as part of the Business Support Unit (BSU)

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the sales and installation phase of the process

Manage queries from clients and engineers around installations

Work closely with the rest of the BSU team to ensure a first-class customer service experience for our clients

Update SAP and other internal systems with relevant order information

What we're looking for:
Excellent proven track record in administration with some knowledge of order processing

Ideally some experience of invoicing and SAP however this can be trained if needed

Excellent organisational skills

The ability to work well as a team both face to face and remotely

Great customer focus
