Assessment Centre Administrator

Recruiting Group runs Assessment Centres for Regular and Reserve officer and soldier candidates, which must be passed before applicants are offered a Phase 1 Training place. The role of the Assessment Centre Administrator is to provide local support to the Centre and to liaise with the relevant Teams within the National Recruiting Centre at Upavon.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
Providing a warm, positive, and knowledgeable service to candidates and Assessment Centre staff as well as providing a proactive and reactive local service to the Centre Manager
Typing documents in a timely manner
Collecting, copying, scanning and returning all ID documentation from candidates on departure
Ensuring all candidate results are uploaded onto the Defence Recruiting System (DRS) and updating candidate status, as and when required
Ensuring that all paper forms are complete and accurate.
Preparing, collecting and posting of all mandatory Pre Employment Forms, once completed
General administration duties, including photocopying, shredding, filing, maintaining stationery supplies, preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
