Commercialisation Account Executive

We have a great opportunity for a Commercialisation Account Executive to join a prestigious organisation in Reading.

Commercialisation works to drive promotion & income opportunities across their portfolio of properties across Ireland & the UK. This key position works to provide in-depth administration support to the Commercialisation function across the Portfolio. Key duties include: -

* Responsible for the end-to-end booking process of short-term Commercialisation activity across the UK flagship portfolio

* Responsible for ensuring correct approvals (including but not limited to Credit Control, General Manager and Head of Commercialisation) are in place for all short-term Commercialisation activity with correct and timely legal governance in place

* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and Commercialisation brand partners, tenants and agencies in the portfolio, including responding to enquiries and assisting with providing centre specific information

* Work directly with tenants, brand partners, agencies, flagship teams and Head of Retail Delivery to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and Retail Delivery (with the completion of Notice to Commence (NTC) forms where applicable)

* Collate all required Health and Safety documentation and review for accuracy to point of approval

* Monitor and follow up brand partners directly for payment prior to commencement of the short-term activity

* Support tenants and brand partners in the booking process (to include response and guidance on legal, finance and system queries)

* Participate in the monthly review and update of Commercialisation lease tenancy schedules for each centre setting out which leases are due to expire ensuring these are appropriately managed

* Data capture & reporting (working on sales/income data)

* Ensure all administration is delivered for new promoters coming onto site, ensuring full processes/procedures are adhered to

* Setting up new clients & sending out relevant documentation

* Working across multiple systems to monitor income/payment

This role is a great opportunity for process-driven candidates who hold proven/in-depth administration experience, with the ability to work across multiple databases, software & ideally hold IOSH (H&S accreditation).

This is a full-time position & will be based from the Reading Office but working from home as & when required during Covid restrictions.
