ServiceNow Associate (Software Engineer Associate)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Associate (Software Engineer Associate) to join our Technology and Transformation Service Delivery Team.


The Opportunity:


As a ServiceNow Associate (Software Engineer Associate), you will partner with strategic leaders, certified ServiceNow Developers, and ITSM/ITIL experts that improve the technology landscape at Fisher.


The Day-to-Day:


You will work with our Sr. ServiceNow Developer and Platform Administrator to gain experience in the following areas:

  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform
  • Build service requests from requirements to manage data flows from our End-Users to the support teams providing the service
  • Gain an understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices
  • Develop ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB and Asset)
  • Perform system and integration testing to monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Get hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to start in July 2022
  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience scripting in the following: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or HTML
  • Ability to contribute as a member of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to continue professional development
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Foundations
  • Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
  • ITIL Foundations
