You will provide high quality care and support for adults with varying learning disabilities, autism, mental health and/or behaviours that challenge. The role of a Support Worker includes: Recognising and celebrating what the person can do for themselves Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose Creating positive relationships Maintaining dignity and respect at all times Engaging in recreational activities that enhance the lives of those we care for Helping colleagues and residents to have the best day possible Preparing and assisting with meals Assisting with all elements of personal care To work with us you must be reliable and hardworking, our clients are dependent on you turning up to support them for the day.
