Real Estate Systems Administrator

This is a non-remote position and will require that the employee report to work onsite at the designated work location.

Position Summary:

This position supports the department in the selection, implementation, integration, maintenance, management and day-to-day administration of real estate technology applications. Researches and resolves team member and member problems with technology applications. Works as a liaison with internal departments and external vendors and service providers. Serves as part of the department’s management team, responsible for reporting and special projects as assigned. Maintain quality service standards set by the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement of real estate technology applications to enhance efficiency, the member experience and reduce costs. Primary emphasis on Prime Alliance (PA) and Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC).
  • Support acquisition of new technology. Work with technology service providers in the RFP, evaluation, due diligence and selection process.
  • Support the testing, implementation of updates, and maintenance of existing PA/LFC technology applications, work with vendors and RE Department staff to maximize productivity.
  • Site Administration. Responsible for rates, cost & fee estimates, site configuration, site content, product editors, matrices, and Real EC to ensure technology applications provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Branch Administration. Responsible for the setup of new branches, reporting, individual users, and day-to-day problem resolution for branch users.
  • Reporting. Create, produce and maintain reports, logs and files to monitor technology applications and department results.
  • Work with the Training Department and RE Department team members to develop job aides, training, and support the successful transition to new technology and workflow.
  • Assist with Real Estate Underwriting as needed.
  • Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned. Adhere to credit union AML/BSA policy and procedures including CTR rules and form preparation, identify and refer suspicious activity to the Compliance Department, perform OFAC comparisons, and properly identify individuals in accordance with Branch Operations procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Bachelors, Associates or related RE, MIS Business.
  • Technology expertise with computers, peripherals, ‘programming’ and set-up of software.
  • Internet protocol and security.
  • Real Estate, Fannie Mae knowledge preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Program management or systems management experience preferred.
