Service Delivery Manager

An expanding Cyber Security company are looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to help organise their service team as the company scale and grow. This could be an exciting opportunity for someone to be able to implement their own strategies and to keep their team focused on the right priorities and targets as the company continues to expand.

This role will be based out of London (Waterloo) with a mixture of onsite work and working from home.

Service Delivery Manager Skills Required:

A good level of experience with growing a product support team from scratch
At least 2/3 years of experience with building up a product from scratch
A solid grounding in ITIL, being able to integrate and implement it
A good experience with risk management, with an ability to mitigate them
Experience with the Cyber Security industry is desirable but not necessary
A good attitude towards customer service and an ability to work in a team
Past experience with delivering service management
Growing a support or service desk function – highly desirable
