Workforce Planning Manager

Northreach are proud to have partnered with a rapidly growing and innovative payments FinTech in their search for an experienced, driven Workforce Planning Manager on a fully remote basis. We are on the lookout for ambitious individual who can lead the continual improvements of forecasts as well as lead the development process of uploading shift patterns on to the scheduling/workforce
The Role
* Lead the development process and the ability to improve the forecasting.
* Work alongside senior leadership to define workforce planning business solutions priorities as well as building e2e next gen processes.
* Build a good knowledge of the foundations across the business.
* Support the wider business and data intelligence team where required to ensure we have the correct data feeds.
* Take control of any workforce planning process and work across Financial Crime Operations that fall in line to the annual plan and budget.
* Identify quick wins with short terms workforce decisions.
* Work with and understand the interfaces between OE, people analytics and senior stakeholders within HR, Finance and across the enterprise.
Your Experience
* 3+ Year’s experience in leading the resources and demand planning within a financial services industry.
* Experience communicating information accurately to all levels of management, regulators, auditors and third parties.
* Experience developing shift patterns in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience monitoring shift uptake and methods to improve shift uptake.
* Understanding of when roles become obsolete.

* Strong communication skills and a logical and analytical mindset.
* Can use your own initiative.
* Interest or knowledge in workforce skills and skills development.
* Knowledge of workforce management systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and be highly organized.
* Highly analytical.
