IT Escalation/Incident Manager – UK Remote working & Regional office locations - £40,000 + benefits

Service Delivery/Incident Management.

Clarion Chase is currently working with a Global leading organisation in Professional Services who are looking to recruit an IT Escalation/Incident Manager.

In this role you be devoted to delivering essential customer service to internal and in some cases external parties to ensure the business is not disrupted from an IT perspective. This role will only suit a highly energetic and people centric individual who can think fast and be a true problem solver working with the wider IT department to ensure efficiency at all times.

You must have experience in working within a team that deals with IT incidents.

You will be capable of delivering effective and efficient IT services in a busy and fast-paced business where priorities can change in line with business needs. You will have strong communications skills to communicate effectively and with credibility and you will have a great focus on customer service.

Please note this role will be working from home as well as one of the regional offices on offer.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Hands on Incident Management

* A minimum of 2-3 years of large-scale and diverse IT estates with knowledge on Incident Management, Problem Management, and service improvement etc

* Experienced Service Management professional

* Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services

* ITIL Qualified - Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines

* Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines

* Excellent influencing and people management skills

My client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
