Up to £75k base + 10-15% bonus + benefits

We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Director of Product Management and our outsourced development partners in scoping and designing requirements for new integrations. The Technical Product Manager will support with user testing, ensuring solutions meet defined objectives, and will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered correctly and on time. The Technical Product Manager will be a subject matter expert for our clients to ensure they get the most value from our integrations and will provide ad-hoc configuration support to internal teams (Pre-Sales and Client Success).
Role And Responsibilities
* Scope and define requirements for new integrations between our products and other products used in the security operations lifecycle.
* Define product use scenarios, and assisting with prioritisation and clarification during development sprints
* Work with in house and outsourced engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality and deliver their goals.
* Support user testing, ensuring solutions will meet the defined goals.
* Identify new opportunities to add value, prioritise them and advocate for their implementation
* Develop proof of concept integrations and demonstration capabilities.
* Support our service desk, client success and pre-sales teams in troubleshooting and helping clients and prospects get full value from our integrations.
* Monitor key metrics, identify issues and propose solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert for clients and as a product evangelist with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Passion, ambition and the ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment

* Experience in using APIs and building integrations between SaaS products - a passion for joining products together into compelling solutions to problems.
* Practical knowledge of using scripting languages to interface with APIs and manipulate data.
* Excellent communication skills, being comfortable dealing with both customers, and internal business and technical stakeholders
* A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a numerate subject or equivalent experience.
* Ability to manage time effectively under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines
Desirable
* Experience working in Threat Intelligence or Managed Security Services
* Experience of the software development lifecycle, in particular Agile methodologies
* Working with remote/external development teams
* Knowledge of the Cyber Security market, its products and services, challenges and trends.
