HR Assistant

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a global business to support them in recruiting an HR Assistant.

Working in a team of three administrators you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining and updating Systems
* Producing a range of Management Information reports on a range of topics including absenteeism rates and headcount changes
* Producing contracts of employment and variation of terms letters for new and existing employees
* Providing general advice to managers and employees on a wide range of employment related queries
* Assisting with delivery of the company induction process for new starters and visitors
* Maintaining relevant employee files in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements, including, where appropriate, scanning of documents
* Support the wider HR team with ad hoc project work
* Support employee relations issues as required

You will ideally be from a commercial environment, with at least 2 years working with a HR function. You will be able to demonstrate successful and effective relationships with managers, effectively communicating and influencing managers where necessary. You should be highly competent in UK employment law and legislation. You should also be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
