REED Business Support are currently looking to recruit for an Administrator on behalf of an incredibly successful property management company in Chorley.

Due to an exciting time of growth and an internal promotion, a vacancy for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis has arisen.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play an important role in …

• Managing and maintaining tenancy leases and uploading requests for work onto the system

• Inputting data into the job management systems and maintaining electronic files for property portfolios

• Raising orders, answering inbound emails and responding to requests

• Checking monthly, quarterly and annual invoices
Experience within property, facilities or real estate would be an advantage but is not essential for the position. We’re keen to find someone who is proactive with a can-do attitude to their work.
Salary, Hours&Benefits

• £18,000 - £19,000 per annum (depending upon experience)

• Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and increasing with length of service
