The Role

Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated across the project lifecycle
Responsibility for managing assigned learning development project from inception through to completion
Liaise closely with development teams, ensuring work is on track to meet specified deadlines and within set budgets
Ensure work meets agreed quality standards and specifications
Lead meetings across various teams, assigning and managing resources
Report regularly to your line manager, updating them on budgets, timeline, risk assessments and any issues that may arise
Whenever necessary meet with clients and key stakeholders across the UK
Confidently solve any issues or problems
Key Skills and Attributes.

Experience working within the learning industry preferably within an eLearning consultancy working on digital learning development projects for a minimum of 3 years
Prince 2 or AMP qualification
Experience working in a waterfall environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and principles
Knowledge of learning development processes using both bespoke development and authoring tools such as ‘Articulate Storyline’
Awareness of how Learning Management Systems work
Impeccable organisation skills
Commercial awareness
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
