Our client works with the public sector to help them support their clients, offering software that helps collect and analyse experience data and combine it with operational date. This in turns allows organisations to make data-driven decision to best serve the public.
They are now looking to grow their public sector team.
The Role
Due to rapid growth and ambitious plans for the future we are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join this innovative business. As a successful Account Director, you will leads all sales efforts within an assigned territory of central government accounts in the UKI market. As well as managing these account you will also be upselling and cross-selling as well as developing your network to establish relationships with other public sector accounts.
This is a critical role for the company to take them to the next level
So what background and experience do you need?
·5+ years' of experience in B2B sales
·A background in SaaS or PaaS would be ideal
·A highly consultative sales/account management style
·Experience of selling complex solutions to a cast of characters including but not limited to C-suite, Marketing, HR and other high-level decision makers
·Experience of selling to the Public Sector (Central Government) is essential
·A Bachelor's degree or higher
·Drive, ambition and tenacity is essential to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
