General administrator

Location: Fawley, Hampshire

Salary: £26K (depending on experience) plus company benefits

Duties included within this role, but not limited to the following:

On a weekly basis undertake the duties of a Timewriter to ensure the accurate input of worked hours

Review and chase missing sheets of personnel

Provide a payroll query service for all employees on the Contract.


Completion of Starter Packs for all new starts

Coordinate with Central HR

Provide clerical support to the Mgmt Team upon request

Provide support to administrative document control processes

Provide support to Training Administration upon request

Data entry, supporting onboarding, site checks etc


IT Training – Microsoft

Preferred experience

SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential

Must be local to site

Used to working independently in a busy environment - Someone who is proactive and not reactive
