Site Administrator

SF Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Administrator to work for a fantastic Construction business based in Mansfield. This is a full time, Permanent role with flexible working hours. Our client is ideally looking for experienced Administrators who have a good background knowledge of working within a construction or a plant hire business. Our client is a well established business who operate across the Midlands. They are extremely busy at the moment and are looking for an Administrator to help manage the day to day running of their site.

Main duties will include

Ordering supplies and materials for their sites
Booking sub contractors in
Booking in Machines
Liaising with customers and supply chains via telephone and email
Input data on to their bespoke systems
Process quotations
Answer incoming calls
Respond to email queries in a timely manner

The successful candidate must have great attention to detail, likes being busy and enjoys working in a fast paced working environment. You must have excellent communication skills, and a good telephone manner. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working in the construction industry and enjoys a varied role.
