Payroll Administrator

Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Type: 12 Month FTC

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

This role is for a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, which is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:

Calculating and administering staff wages.
Dealing with monthly invoices.
Liaising with other departments
Uploading monthly payroll spreadsheets and supporting documents ensuring the accurate inclusion of staff entitlements and benefits.
Dealing with staff holidays requests.
Support the management with HR policies and procedures.

The Payroll Administrator will have:

Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Must be proficient in IT (Microsoft Packages)
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good customer service skills / confident
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Good team player
