Due to business growth, our client is now looking to recruit additional team members to join their brand-new team of remote workers, who are supporting business customers with their travel insurance queries. You will be a professional and confident individual who can respond pro-actively to answer daily queries relating to customer policies. Full training will be given to successful candidates for this position.

This role is working on a semi-shift rota from Monday to Sunday, 35 hours per week.

Offering a competitive basic starting salary of £19,500 plus performance bonus of £1500 (per annum) along with benefits for all employees including private medical cover, Life assurance, Pension, discounted travel insurance and Eye Care vouchers.

What will your working week be like?

Hours: 35 hours per week, semi-shift basis from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday & 9am to 5pm Sunday.

* You will be providing outstanding customer services to customers calling in with general enquiries

* You will respond to enquiries for information, provide policy information and on occasions assist a customer with upgrading their cover.

* In order to provide the best possible service, you will share any high-profile cases with your manager.

* Work towards personal and team targets to ensure that client requirements are met.

* Provide a high level of care to all customers

* Ensure that all administration is completed

Are you suitable for this role?

As this role is fully remote, it’s important that you are able to create a healthy workspace, which includes good lighting, comfortable temperature and a suitable desk and chair. You’ll need a quiet and secluded place to work, ideally a room that you can use as a home office, whilst you are working. Your desk should be a suitable size to accommodate a thin client (PC), two screens, keyboard and mouse. While working, a professional environment should be maintained – no background noise or interruptions please!

In addition to the equipment described above, you will also be provided with a smart phone and headset, so you are ready to go! You will need to have a minimum Wi-Fi Internet speed of 10mbps.
