Fantastic opportunity for an Excel savvy individual to work on a permanent basis for our dynamic and forward thinking marketing client based in Crawley. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the report making function across the whole of the business; developing innovative and leading edge reporting solutions for each team to utilize moving forward.

This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Hybrid working pattern (1 hour lunch). Extensive free parking onsite and excellent access to public transport. Interviews to be held ASAP with view to starting in January 2022.

This is a data centric role with key emphasis on data manipulation, interpretation and insight. Key roles/responsibilities will be as follows:

- Liaising with the Companies' key clients to understand their reporting needs and then creating a tailored report to match their brief
- Develop new styles of reporting and implement changes across teams, with the new formats and features
- Make use of macros and other advanced Excel features, to improve presentation and functionality
- Develop skills in IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX MATCH and Pivot tables including Slicers to make report interactive as possible]
- Create presentations for teams to use in front of clients, analysing key conclusions
- Support in larger analytical projects with data collection, merging data sets and "crunching" numbers to the end result

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills/experience:

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- High PC Literacy; advanced Excel essential
- Relationship building
- Degree in marketing/business discipline with a statistical/maths emphasis (desirable)
