Client Services Executive

Permanent positions - Monday to Friday 37.5 Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm hours.

Working as part of a team supporting the delivery of client programmes and projects.

You’ll be providing admin support for the client and team projects including being the main contact for all programme participant queries (and tracking these too), able to contribute ideas that will enhance client programmes.

Main duties to include:

- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal departments

- Managing inboxes and responding to queries (both by email and phone) and logging accurately within SLA

- Assisting to deliver the communication plan (including copy writing, proof reading, editing and sending my email and SMS)

- Updating website and databases

- Setting up campaigns and promotions

To be considered:

- Marketing, Agency or Client (PR, marketing communications, event management, performance improvement)

- Have a passion for quality!

- Strong administrative and communication skills both over the phone and written

- Ability to work efficiently whilst meeting deadlines

- Have content and design experience

- Resilient
