ApplauseIT are searching for a Customer Insight Manager is required by a by a sustainable and responsible financial services business. The successful Customer Insight Manager will work in the Analytics Team to provide commercial value through strong understanding of analytical methods.

The successful Customer Insight Manager will be a hugely valuable member, being required to contribute to the development of the business through customer knowledge and insight, statistical surveying, and implementation of decision support tools.

Ideal skill set of the Customer Insight Manager:

Proven commercial experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Customer Survey methods and tools
Understanding of Systems SAS - Business Intelligence, Data and Business Tools and SQL.
Strong strategic vision, influential ability with stakeholders, ability to present.
Financial Industry Experience
Excellent general business awarenessThis role will suit a current Customer Insight Manager or Senior looking to step up into such a role seeking to take their next step. With an opportunity to work right across a large enterprise, you will find this both technically and commercially rewarding

This role will be of interest to those from a variety of locations in and around Birmingham with a day or two a week in the Solihull office ideal but full remote workers may still be considered.
