Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large warehouse and distribution company based on the outskirts of Andover.

Job Description:

· Managing the processing and administration of orders

· Maintaining quality records and monitor stock

· Dealing with and follow-up on customer complaints

· Taking inbound calls

· Data entry

· Client liaison via phone, email and in person

· General administrative duties

The successful candidate will have the following:

· Customer service experience, with a professional telephone manner

· Highly organised, with good organisational skills

· Excellent communication both verbal and written

· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Enjoy problem solving and work well within a team

· Be highly proficient in MS Excel & Word
