Bid Manager

I am working with an award-winning provider of eLearning to businesses across the UK who are expanding through the addition of a Bid Manager.

This is an integral role to the strategic development of my client, ensuring that key bids are won as well as ensuring an efficient process is in play as well. You will have a clean slate in this role to strategise and develop ideas from your experience and see them come into fruition. Furthermore, you will have the backing of an exceptional brand across the industry, a platinum partner of one of the leading LMS systems globally, which always helps to secure the interest of the client and increase the success rate.

This role will require an experienced professional from the digital learning industry as it’s a clean slate, familiarity with industry processes and developments will assist hitting the ground running. You will have ownership of the full bid process including tenders, frameworks, proposal requests and information requests. You will be guiding bids from start to finish, sourcing the opportunity, deciding whether to pursue the bid or not, delegation of the work/tasks, quality assurance of the work and submission.

It’s a role that will have development prospects for the successful candidate to begin looking at growing a specialist team with you at the helm of it.
