Sales and Account Manager

They are looking for a Sales & Account Manager where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, offering outstanding customer service, successfully selling products in the retail channel, and achieving established sales goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, savvy and results-oriented individual to positively impact growth with well-known brands in the UK.

Location: London and surrounding areas / remote

Responsibilities:

Overall planning to drive sales growth and profit optimization in the retail channel.
Grow business with existing customers and develop new business through successful prospecting strategies (retail and garden centres).
Collaborate with management on alignment of account planning, strategy, and goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new business.
Design effective sales tools including presentations, samples, reports, etc.
Think outside the box to develop compelling solutions for customers.
Work cohesively with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and opportunities (product and service opportunities, special developments, competitive information, or feedback gathered through field activity).
Maintain a professional appearance and portray a positive company image.
Our ideal applicant will have:

Strong regional sales experience within Crockery, kitchen and homeware.
Proven experience in dealing with high end retail brands
Enthusiastic and motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
The ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
