Internal Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal people team, supporting and being involved in all aspects of Internal Recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role

As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition Consultants. It's a very varied role that will see you undertaking a whole host of admin and sourcing tasks - all of which will be critical to the smooth-running and success of the team. Our team is a friendly, supportive environment, so we'll make sure you have all the training you need to succeed. Key responsibilities;

Based in London with a hybrid working model
Supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants who are responsible for the internal hiring of the Robert Walters UK, Ireland, Dubai & Switzerland offices
Tracking and inputting data of all candidates coming through the hiring process, keeping our in-house database accurate and up to date at all times
Collating information and producing end of month and quarter reports
Keeping the live vacancy tracker updated
Posting job adverts and assisting with sourcing candidates from job boards and CV screening
Arranging interviews by bookings meeting rooms and diary management of interviewees
Sending all relevant interview confirmation emails to candidates
Raising Contract Request Forms (CRFs) for all offers made by the Talent Acquisition Consultants
Assisting hiring managers with the onboarding of new starters in the business - issuing welcome packs and providing equipment access and set up information
Help to organise new starter events including booking venues and attending events
Obtaining candidate references
Assisting with project work and university career fairs
Being a point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries

About you

Experience of supporting a team and delivering against tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, including over the phone
Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritising skills - you're accurate and detailed
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proactive and demonstrate self-motivations and a drive to succeed
