Training and Support Specialist Contract

Field based, North England

£17ph + car allowance

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Trainer with excellent communication skills. This contract will see you responsible for carrying out all product training virtually or face to face (North UK), to a variety of healthcare professionals/stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge, authority and decision-making powers. A successful candidate must be flexible to travel and have a suitable WFH set up to carry out remote calls. Although this role will be recruited on a 6-month basis initially, it is likely to be extended.

Main accountabilities within the role are:

* Provide effective and appropriate training face to face and remotely to customers.

* Ensure suitable communication with relevant people both internal and external to maximise business efficiency.

* Support the sales team by ensuring instruments placed are followed up swiftly with agreed training dates.

* Provide existing customers with trouble shooting queries and ongoing customer support where required.

* Identify and raise potential issues to the wider team and management.

The position will see you joining a global Medical Device supplier, so customer visits will be within a hospital setting. Experience working with the NHS/Medical Devices is not essential but highly desirable.

A successful candidate will show a proven ability to deliver captivating training to a varied level of customers. Communication skills are incredibly important, and as you will be working independently you must have a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Full product training will be provided over the first few weeks, ideally you will have experience taking training onboard and putting it into practice within a short time.
