Sales Support Coordinator

Roma Black are currently working with a successful manufacturing engineering company near Romsey who are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their established team. The company operate worldwide from their state of the art production facility and work with clients in an array of sectors.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated with administrative experience and excellent IT and communication skills.

This is a varied role with responsibilities including supporting customers in the processing of their enquiries and orders, whilst assisting the sales and projects teams to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Day to day responsibilities of a Sales Support Coordinator:

Communicating with existing customers to understand their requirements whilst identifying sales opportunities (no cold calling)
Dealing with customers queries / concerns via phone and email
Processing orders and invoices
Preparing and sending quotes
Administrative support within the sales and projects office
Maintaining and improving the database
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Assist with the preparation of proposals and tenders Essential Background/Skills of a Sales Support Coordinator:

Administrative experience ideally from a construction, engineering or manufacturing environment
Sales / Project support would be a distinct advantage
Good IT skills to include Excel
Excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and organised
