What will you be doing?

Working with our TV broadcasting customer, RPS has been engaged to provide on-site AV Technician services for a 6-month period.

We are looking for an AV Technician to support live events, broadcasts, video conferencing and general maintenance of AV equipment.

Essential skills required

Demonstratable experience operating audio and visual equipment services for live events and other productions

Providing technical support to specialised production and facilities third parties

Conducting Site Surveys

Complete understanding of signal flow in both audio and video installations

Extensive experience in positioning, installing, and operating equipment in client venues and external sites, and coordinating the flow of an event effectively amongst the various implicated sites

Ability to troubleshoot and provide support for video / audio conferencing problems

Can provide advice on the purchase of audio-visual equipment within the department

Can confidently coordinate and manage relationships with Client and Kinly service desks

Management of mailbox, liaising with internal stakeholders

Desirable

Experience with working with Barco video and audio-conferencing equipment

This role will be based on the Customer Site in Central London and will be inside IR35.
