UI/UX Designer (perm/remote)

Our client is looking to hire a dynamic UI / UX Designer to work alongside and collaborate with their diverse team. They are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.

You will be a natural at understanding Human-Computer Interaction Design (HCID) and coming up with elegant solutions to improving user experience.


• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team.
• Illustrate design ideas and produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
• Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences across a range of devices.
• Design and create high quality UI elements for implementation.
• Clearly communicate new designs (or iterations of existing experiences) to the team and other stakeholders.
• Proactive in investigating and evaluating solutions to improve the current user experience of the app.
• Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.


• Highly motivated, creative, and forward thinking with high energy and a passion for UI/UX design.
• Has in-depth knowledge of modern interfaces and Human Interface Guidelines to ensure application interfaces are more intuitive, learnable, and consistent.
• Experienced in rapid collaborative prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision or similar.
• Proactive communicator and a collaborative design style.
• Can demonstrate a rapid design and testing methodology.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar.
• Strong artistic skills with the ability to moodboard and prototype style options
• Skills designing and implementing UI animations including prototyping motion graphics


• A passion for working on projects to improve mental health.
• Experience in version control systems in a collaborative environment.
• Scripting or applicable coding experience
