Account Manager - London

Prospero have partnered with a technology giant who are looking for an account handler to join their successful team.
The Role of account handler is to bridge the relationship between our client and its clients. Client services are problem solvers who analyse the workplace sector and help clients identify within their business where areas currently not under the client, are able to supply goods and services from the portfolio of Workplace technology. They are to ensure the client's needs are being met, showing leadership, proactively interacting, organic growth&coordinating with all stakeholders including but not exclusive to C-level, Heads of IT, CIO's&Procurement and keep fine-tuning the clients experience and expectations with the Aura Value proposition.
Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge 4+ years prior experience in customer facing roles
Proven experience in the role is required
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
Strong negotiating skills to close out contracts
Must demonstrate strong analytic skills
Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
Superior organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases such as Printfleet&Pipedrive essential, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Innovative, creative thinking to ensure the organisation is providing a cutting-edge client experience
