Lead Salesforce Administrator

Are you a Salesforce Administrator looking to progress into a Lead Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Management position?

A SME end-user consulting business are hiring for a Salesforce Lead to take overall responsibility for their Salesforce platform. You will manage and improve Salesforce with the support of a Junior Salesforce Administrator as part of your team.

The position is fully remote with the option to work in the UK office occasionally if you wanted.

Because this is a smaller business, your role would be varied and will partner across all levels. You will support continued growth and development and the transition of data into Salesforce. The business are not turning lots of stuff on in Salesforce, this is more about how to get better at what they've currently got and increasing functionality.

You will be a valued and senior figure in the business, supporting business strategy and a key influence in the decision making process for maximising Salesforce to add true intrinsic value.

You would be an excellent fit if you can show experience of working through Salesforce business requirements to support new functionality and will be able to run improvements like mini projects. You don't need to have been responsible for the full oversight of Salesforce previously but be experienced enough to understand requirements and how to fulfil those as a Lead Salesforce Administrator.

A salary of £50,000 to £60,000 is on offer for the Lead Salesforce Administrator.
