Service Desk Engineer

New role - 1st/2nd Line Engineer
Location - Remote working with some travel to client sites
Salary - £24K - £26K

You will be providing exceptional IT support and customer service to household brands as well as enterprise and SME clients.

The position:

You will be the remote engineer on the 24/7 helpdesk for the Northern client base, responding to issues remotely and onsite when needed. We are looking for a keen and proactive engineer, this can be a varied role so we are looking for someone who can adapt to client facing/ remote and project work.

You will be given the opportunity to work with the following technologies:

All Microsoft technologies - Azure, MS 365 stack etc.
